Here I want to share photos and details about my dream wedding on September 12th, 2020. How we planned it, how it went, and everything in between. I want other brides to benefit from what I did.

A wedding during a Glabal Pandemic sounds crazy, right? I mean it was, what wedding isn't. A lot happened to me in 2020 in the midst of Covid; graduating, moving multiple times, getting engaged, and then getting married.
I know a lot of couples waited to get married and postpone their 2020 weddings, but as a couple Dallin and I decided to go forth with ours. We still had a "normal" wedding and found many ways to save money and still have the most beautiful and memorable wedding.
I feel like our wedding reflected who my Husband and I are, despite the heavy smoke that came (although it made the pictures so pretty). Here are some ways we saved money.
1. We had our wedding in his Grandparents back yard. Therefore not paying for a venue
2. I ordered my dress online and then got alterations once it came in
3. We didn't spend a lot on our photographer yet we still love our photos
4. A friend made our cake and another did our greenery as a wedding gift
5. I reached out to people to see what they could donate as far as decor and thrifted a bunch of other decor
6. I didn't pay for my makeup or hair to get done, but had a bridesmaid do this
7. We didn't cater or have a big meal for the guests just little snacks and hors d' ourves
Now I know this isn't the way for everyone and some of thee ways I saved money are important to people to spend more but for me I knew the money wouldn't matter at the end of the day, I just wanted to marry my best friend.
Also only having four months to plan saves a lot of money!
